Coast Guard Day

Yesterday, Justin and I went to go to the beach at the Coast Guard base and we seen a lot of people there, so we ask what was going on and they said it was the Coast Guard's birthday, so they where having a pinic. We went over to check things out and we ended up spending 4 or 5 hours there. He was having so much fun and everyone is worried that he is missing Casey...haha.

He got to ride rides, go in bouncy castles and get candy & snacks. We got FREE food and drinks and even birthday day cake.

How can you miss someone, when you are having this much fun? HAHA!

Man, he did better then some of the teenage girls I seen try it. He is a tough little kid and I am not just bragging. Justin is over to the right, hiding from the 'Wrecking Ball'. He kept ducking, so he was kinda cheating...HAHA

She has her 'unaccomipaned minor' braclet on and her sticker, so I guess she is ready to go Waiting to board the plane Bubba watching as the plane is getting ready to take off, he was fine with the whole thing.

*As most of yall know, Casey flew to Michigan to have a little vacation with her grandma (Luke's mom) and to meet family that she hasn't seen in 10 yrs, so she don't remember them.

She got there safe. She got off her first flight to met her grandma to get on the next flight. After that flight, she got to the house at 1130 last night.

She has called us a few times and now we figured out she is able to text message us too, so she is keeping us informed about EVERYTHING. She is so excited. She is staying at 'Camp' for a few days and then off to Mackinac Island for a couple of days.

Cleaning can be FUN!

Mopping the bathroom floor with hands, knees and feet. Cleaning the tub with his bath soap, in his swim suit. Getting ready to clean the kitchen counters with whatever soap we picked out to use.

Justin got the smallest counter and I got the biggest. We smelled each others counters when we got done and Casey's won - good job Casey.

At first he was scared to get up there, but then when he was done, he wanted to stay up there...haha. I put a towel under his body, but he did most of the cleaning with his body.

Look at his arm and you will see how dirty it was up there.

*They like the cleaning, when I make it fun and it still gets the job done. Don't worry Casey cleans to, but for some reason I don't have that many pictures of her.

Farm Land or Not?

For 3 years we have been living here and we have been told that this land use to be a farmer's field, but what was it before it belonged to them? For 3 years I have been finding pieces of glass on one side of the front yard. They are not just clear pieces, some have prints like a plate, but they are never big enough for us to figure them out. *Well see the big yellow one, I just found it the other day on the other side of the yard and we think it might be from a flower pot or a big bowl? It is neat finding them, but is a mystery figuring them out.

What happened to our Apple Tree???

I know it looks small,but it has been producing apples for two years now. Look, the limbs have been ripped right off.

See the one TINY apple behind the dragonfly?

There are the only two apples and yesterday, we had about 15 on there.

Here are some of the limbs, but I didn't see any sign of the apples.

*We are thinking that a Racoon or something else got the apples, but not the dogs. What you think???

Lightbulb or not???

While I was cleaning today this is what I found...

A new shaped lightbulb in the nightlite or not???

No, it was an pencil eraser stuck in the nite lite. I wonder how it got there??? Well my guess is a child...HAHA!
